Kanye West/Spike Jonze Mini Movie

We Were Once a Fairytale (dir. Spike Jonze)

When I first heard of this all those months ago, I was doing my fair share of "Hmmmm"-ing for the majority of us.

When I heard of the synopsis (In particular, the end) I said "Really?
Then, when I heard of all the critical acclaim x positive responses from respected publications we all know and love, I said "REEEAALLLY??" - just like that.

But oh my. This is pure amazement. And very inspiring. In a NUTSHELL this video "takes what people like and hate about Kanye's personna and pushes it to the limit. It walks the fine line between self aggrandizement and self mockery".
I've a new found level of respect for Kanye West. We already know what the boy Jonze can do! (If you not know otherwise).
FullScreen x Headphones is recommended, but not necessary.

Calvin Harris - Flashback

Couldnt Agree More. Midas Touch? It must be a Calvin thing eh! Even though it isn’t his real name, he knew what he was thinking when he picked it! *Winks x cocky smirk whilst typing*
Best track on album.

I'm (We're) Not Alone.

How Interesting.
I'm like this with my photography, the blog, the podcast...pretty much, any creative project I involve my self in.
Jay Smooth is a monster at this vlogging ish! Subscribe.

We Got Videos.

Two of my most played tracks in the '09 finally have a video.

Q-Tip feat. Norah Jones - Life Is Better

Foreign Exchange - I Wanna Know

What We Do!

Whilst the sun shines in as I write this, listening to Lambchop/Up With The People - real sunrise sounding music, if there were any - I sit and think:
"Man, why can't life always be this easy?" (© Kanye West).
But anyway...
(In the voice of a mixtape DJ. Echo and all...) As we continue on! Exxxclusive!!
So for those that know...or who check the links on the right, and have seen a certain link for an OH SO basic Myspace page entitled "Hi Def! Podcast Show", I've been in the midst of creating a podcast project. It's going to be like nothing heard before. And I'm not just saying that. It really will be. Well now theres finally been further motion.
www.hidefshow.com is the site. And it will be fully launched soon. As time goes on, I will give further info, as I refuse to divulge in the whole business plan at this time!
But these are exciting times. Just thought I'd keep you posted. Blog Posted! No, the pun may not be excused!
Have a good weekend...
